Peter Allen  has a passion for helping others succeed and helping them build great teams. He  started his career as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer and ever since he has loved being in situations that require teams to rapidly acquire and synthesize information and subsequently turn that into an executable plan. 

He has over 25+ years of experience leading and working in operations, manufacturing, marketing, and C Level positions. He has held leadership roles in small, medium, large and private equity owned businesses.

He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.

He is an avid soccer player and coach, and can be found on one of the near by gyms or fields on the weekend.

Peter holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and was a trainer, coach and facilitator for many years. He took that knowledge into several leadership roles including as a COO for a private equity marketing services business. It was in this role that he brought together the elements of several improvement systems to design what is now his S.P.E.E.D. approach.
