Meet Peter Allen
Peter Allen has spent his career building teams and leading through complexity. A West Point graduate and former U.S. Army Cavalry Officer, he learned early the power of mission, discipline, and clarity of intent.
Those battlefield-tested leadership lessons became the foundation for a business career that spanned operations, manufacturing, marketing, and the C-suite.
Most notably, Peter served as COO for a private equity–owned business he ran on EOS. Outside the boardroom, Peter has spent more than a decade as licensed U.S. Soccer coach – coaching, teaching and motivating athletes to perform at their best. He brings the same philosophy to leadership teams: clarity, practice, accountability, and inspiration.
